We're registered...

So we are starting to get our gift registries organized. Definitely a strange feeling. We decided to go with Macy's and Amazon. I just added the little picture links on the left that will take you straight to the respective registry pages. The cool thing about Macy's is that we are able to select a charity that will benefit with a small percentage donation from gifts purchased off that registry. We chose Amnesty International. We think the work they do seeking justice in this troubled world is invaluable. If wedding gifts aren't something that easily fit into your financial picture right now in these tough times, please consider a donation of any amount to Amnesty in lieu of a gift. Given that our wedding will be taking place over Martin Luther King, Jr. Day weekend, our hope is that as we celebrate together, we can also be cognizant of the reality that the rights we take for granted are not globally shared.
